Check Domain authority with our free DA Checker Tool:
The term “Domain Authority” (DA) was originally coined by the popular SEO industry blog Moz. DA is calculated based on an algorithmic combination of all known link metrics. Google considers more than 200 ranking factors within its algorithm to determine where to rank your website in relation to your competitors, one of which is domain authority.
We calculate Domain Authority by combining many of our other link metrics—linking root domains, total links, MozRank, MozTrust, etc.—into a single DA score. This score can then be used when comparing one site to another or tracking the “ranking strength” of a website over time.
We use machine learning against Google’s algorithm to make the best model of how they make their search engine results so that Domain Authority calculations are closer to actual ranking positions.
Not all websites are marked as equal in the eyes of search engines. Each day, some websites receive massive amounts of search traffic from Google or Bing (take Wikipedia, Amazon, and IMDB, as examples), while others struggle to rank on the Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs). There are two major factors that affect your website’s performance and placement in search results:
Content: While quality content is critical, it must be backed up by authority to truly compete at the highest level. If you’re interested in learning more about content optimization, I recommend perusing the content tools.
Authority – A website’s authority is determined by a number of factors, the most important of which are the number, relevance, and quality of backlinks pointing to it. You can check it easily with our free DA checker tool. If you want to make the DA better, please go through, How to Increase Domain Authority of a Website
What value is considered as a Good Domain Authority:
The higher the Domain Authority (DA) score of your website, the more likely it is to perform better in search engine results pages. Growing from 70 to 80 DA is significantly more difficult than growing from 10 to 30 DA. Your website’s DA will rise as it improves and gains trust.
About the Domain Authority Checker
A domain’s “Domain Authority” is a score that is awarded to a domain on a 100-point scale. It was first developed by Moz to predict how well a website would rank in search engines. Many online marketers use this feature to measure how well their site is doing over time or to compare it to another site.
The Codingace Bulk Domain Authority Checker calculates the domain authority by combining all other metrics such as the number of total links, MozTrust, MozRank, etc. You just have to type the URL of a site and click the ‘Submit’ button. The tool will generate the domain authority report within a few seconds only. The domains are scored out of 100. The stronger the domain is, the higher the score it will get.

Page Rank vs Domain Authority
Google PageRank and Domain Authority have always been a source of fascination for webmasters. It has long been a topic of debate when it comes to purchasing or selling a website, seeking guest posting services, and a variety of other factors that affect SEO and keyword rankings. Thus, how closely related are these two concepts to a legitimate domain? Is it true that a good domain must have a high PageRank and Domain Authority (DA)? Certain websites earn a lot of money and receive a lot of traffic, but their PageRank is zero. Why is this the case? Who is more trustworthy–the DA or the PA?
