Formula Used

All developed lengths follow the conduit centerline. Custom shoe data overrides every built-in planning value.

Offset multiplier = 1 ÷ sin(bend angle)
Distance between offset marks = offset depth × multiplier
Offset shrink ≈ offset depth × tan(bend angle ÷ 2)
Rolling offset = √(horizontal² + vertical²)
Arc length = radius × angle in radians
Stub mark = required stub height − bender take-up
Segment angle = total bend angle ÷ segment count
Planned material = net cut length × (1 + waste% + spare%)

Saddle shrink and multi-bend layouts are planning approximations. Field calibration controls the final bend marks.
