Formula used
Completion = Achievement ÷ Effective quota × 100
Remaining = Maximum of zero and Effective quota − Achievement
Required pace = Remaining quota ÷ Remaining working days
Projection = Achievement + Current daily pace × Remaining working days
Weighted pipeline = Open pipeline × Win probability
How to use this calculator
Enter the quota, achievement, period dates, and current date. Add pipeline details when forecasting future performance. Select working-day rules matching your organisation.
Choose a pacing profile and scenario assumptions. Enable team mode for individual contribution analysis. Then calculate and review every result.
Use the export controls for sharing. Check warnings before relying on forecasts. Revisit assumptions as new performance data becomes available.

Common quota tracking mistakes
Using calendar days can distort required pace. Exclude weekends and holidays where appropriate. Keep date assumptions consistent across reports.
Unweighted pipeline may overstate likely achievement. Apply realistic probabilities to active opportunities. Separate committed revenue from uncertain pipeline.
Old averages can mislead future projections. Update deal value and conversion assumptions often. Review unusual refunds before finalising results.
Frequently asked questions
What does quota completion percentage mean?
It compares achievement with the effective quota target. A result above 100% means the quota is exceeded.
How is required daily pace calculated?
The remaining quota is divided by remaining working days. An override can replace the automatic day count.
Can weekends and holidays be excluded?
Yes. Select the weekday calendar and enter excluded dates. The calculator adjusts elapsed and remaining days.
What is weighted pipeline?
Weighted pipeline multiplies open pipeline by win probability. It provides a probability-adjusted forecast contribution.
How does team mode work?
Add each member's quota and achievement. The calculator ranks members and measures contribution to team achievement.
Can team totals replace the main inputs?
Yes. Enable team mode and select the team totals option. Main results then use summed team values.
What is pace variance?
It compares actual achievement with expected achievement by now. Positive values indicate performance ahead of pacing.
How is the completion date estimated?
The calculator divides remaining quota by current pace. It then advances through eligible working days.
Can refunds reduce achievement?
Yes. Enter refunds or cancellations as negative adjustments. They reduce the effective achievement total.
What happens when the quota is exceeded?
Remaining quota becomes zero. The calculator reports the overachievement amount and exceeded status.
Are forecasts guaranteed?
No. Forecasts depend on entered pace, pipeline, probabilities, and scenarios. Update assumptions whenever conditions change.
