Worked time equals clock-out time minus clock-in time. Overnight shifts continue into the next day. Invalid entries receive clear warnings.
Paid time equals rounded work time minus unpaid breaks. Paid breaks remain visible for payroll records. Leave hours are added separately.
Regular pay equals regular hours multiplied by rate. Overtime uses the selected overtime multiplier. Double time uses its separate multiplier.
