Steps

    Scientific calculator

Supports fractions, roots, powers, logarithms, trigonometry, complex numbers, constants, combinations, and user-defined variables.

    Algebra and calculus

Use symbolic operations when available, or numerical methods with clear assumptions.

    Graphing calculator

Plot Cartesian, polar, parametric, and piecewise expressions. Separate multiple Cartesian functions with semicolons.

    Matrices

Enter one row per line. Separate values with commas or spaces.

    Statistics and probability

Enter data separated by commas, spaces, or new lines. Use paired values for regression.

Confidence level, μ₀, n, λ, or mean.
σ, k, standard deviation, or lower bound.
k, upper bound, or optional value.

    Function table

Generate values, inspect sequences, and export rows to CSV.

    xf(x)

    Geometry

Calculate common two-dimensional and three-dimensional measurements.

    Vectors

    Enter vectors with comma-separated components.

    Conversions, number bases, and finance

Convert compatible units, translate integer bases, and evaluate common finance formulas using pounds sterling.

    Payments or compounds per year.

    Formula used

The calculator applies the formula selected by each workspace. Scientific expressions follow standard operator precedence and recognised mathematical functions. Algebra tools use symbolic processing when the supporting library is available.

Numerical integration uses Simpson’s rule with an even interval count. Equation solving uses symbolic roots first, then a Newton approximation when needed. Statistical calculations use sample formulas unless a population value is specifically requested.

    Examples:
    Distance = √((x₂ − x₁)² + (y₂ − y₁)²)
    Future value = P(1 + r/n)^(nt)
    Loan payment = P·i(1 + i)^N / ((1 + i)^N − 1)
    Linear regression = y = a + bx

    How to use

Select the required workspace from the menu. Enter expressions, data, matrices, vectors, or measurement values. Choose precision and angle settings before running the calculation.

Review the result and generated steps above the form. Copy the result or export it as CSV or PDF. Graphs can also be downloaded as image files.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this an official Texas Instruments product?

No. This is an independent TI-Nspire-style educational calculator. It does not include proprietary calculator firmware or software.

    Can it simplify expressions symbolically?

Yes, when the symbolic library loads successfully. Simplification, expansion, factoring, differentiation, integration, limits, and equation solving are available.

    Does it support graphing?

Yes. It plots Cartesian, polar, and parametric expressions. The graph includes zooming, panning, coordinate inspection, and image export.

    Can it calculate with matrices?

Yes. It supports common matrix arithmetic, determinants, inverses, transposes, row reduction, eigenvalues, and linear systems.

    Does it accept complex numbers?

Yes. Use the imaginary unit i in scientific expressions. Complex results are formatted automatically.

    How are angles interpreted?

Choose degrees, radians, or gradians from the top controls. The selected mode applies to trigonometric calculations and graphs.

    Can I export results?

Yes. Use the copy, CSV, PDF, and print controls. Function tables also export as structured CSV rows.

    Are calculations stored online?

No server database is used by this page. Recent history is saved locally in the current browser.

Can this replace a physical exam calculator?

Not always. Exam policies may restrict devices and websites. Check the official rules before relying on any calculator.
