Calendar days and business days
Calendar-day mode counts every date in sequence. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays remain part of the total. This mode matches ordinary date addition.
Business-day mode counts only dates allowed by your switches. Weekends and selected holidays can be skipped. Custom exclusions handle local closures.
Inclusive and exclusive counting
Including the starting date lets it count as day one. Excluding it begins counting on the next valid date. This choice can move the result.
Excluding the ending date advances one additional valid date. This supports deadline rules that omit the boundary date. Most users should include the ending date.
